Herbal Infusion Brewing Guidance: Place about a ½ cup of herbs in a quart-sized glass jar or french press. Pour 24 ounces of almost-boiling water over the herbs, cover, and steep for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight. Strain. Drink all at once or over 2 to 3 days (keep refrigerated). Enjoy and be nourished.
