Let's re-member what it is like to be connected to our bodies, to the Earth and to the wisdom that flows through all.
I believe that healing happens in the relational field, in the loving witness of someone who is there offering attunement and unconditional welcoming for all parts of you to be seen, honored and felt.
Within this container we work through trauma, limiting beliefs and emotional contraction held in the body/mind system. As we begin to thaw these frozen aspects of self, more of you comes online, you begin to ground, and your truest nature, your essence, arrives more deeply in your body. This is embodiment.
The beautiful benefit of this work is coming into awareness with the language of your body. How does your body share with you? What are your symptoms trying to communicate? And as we become more familiar with your unique body language we can begin to see symptoms as wise messengers. Working to turn towards them instead of suppressing them, we develop deep self intimacy and an inner trust.
Within the scope of our sessions we will also utilize the support of herbal medicine. I find that these medicines can be profound as we work to unwind and thaw our soma, integrate trauma and build resilience. Herbs can also support our bodies as we ground into the larger ecology we inhabit, opening us up to a wider sense of self as we heal.

Your card payment details are required for booking. You won’t be charged until your appointment time. There is a strict 48-hour cancellation policy. You’ll be able to review this before completing your booking.
When you’ve completed your booking, you will receive an email invitation through Practice Better to open your Client Portal. This is where you will complete your Intake Form and be connected with us for any appointment support you need in the meantime.
